    • Perform and coordinate project management activities in accordance with the DoD Enterprise Email (DEE) Program Management Office’s policies, processes, and procedures. 
    • Establish project milestones and monitor adherence to project scope, requirements, design documents, schedules, and anticipate issues,
    • Work  with DoD customers to  obtain and clarify project requirements to ensure requirements are well understand and achievable in accordance with current service offerings; 
    • The candidate will analyze, validate and document project specific requirements; coordinate with internal and external organizations by arranging, chairing, and facilitating, in planning, implementation, and Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings; provide briefings to PMO management and Government stakeholders
    • Provide project management and workload planning t; review  and validate  deliverables to ensure accuracy and timely submission; provide meeting minutes documenting action items, milestones and project risks along with risk mitigations
    • Develop and maintain documentation to support technical solutions including diagrams and process maps
    • PMO liaison and maintain  customer relationships;
    • Take ownership of assigned projects and follow through to conclusion with limited supervision and direction.
    • Responsible for day-to-day project activities ensuring assigned projects are completed on schedule, within budget and that all deliverables are of the highest quality


    Skills Required:

    • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize
    • Strong analytical ability
    • Extremely detail-oriented; ability to produce accurate and timely reports
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge of contemporary project management tools. 
    • Strong decision making ability and judgment.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree or eight years of experience in lieu of a college degree.
