The Biological Technician will identify invasive plant species and map infestations using GPS instrumentation. Biologist works in two person crews and will perform simple routine tasks under close supervision or from detailed procedures. Work is checked in progress or on completion. This work will require strenuous physical exertion, such as walking over uneven, slick surfaces while carrying heavy packs. This position requires camping onsite and company vehicle is provided for field work.

BRIC, LLC is seeking a full-time Staff Biologist to join our team at the Albuquerque, NM office. The Staff Biologist would work under direct supervision of our Senior Biologist. This position will assist with a variety of natural resource field studies, including threatened/endangered species assessments, botanical surveys, wetland delineations, and avian and wildlife surveys. The position will be a mixture of field and office work depending on project type. However, it is expected that 80% of time will be related to fieldwork occurring primarily in the southwest and intermountain regions.
